Daniel M. Garcia is a mission-driven financial and community development professional with 25+ years of experience expanding access to capital and advancing inclusive economic opportunity. He currently serves as Business Development Officer at MetaFund, a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) working to provide creative capital solutions for underinvested communities across Oklahoma. In this role, Daniel focuses on building partnerships and helping “nearly bankable” organizations access the resources they need to grow and thrive.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, Daniel served as an aircrew member on the AWACS platform during the Desert Storm conflict. His commitment to service continues through community leadership roles, including Treasurer of the Greater OKC Asian Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of the Oklahoma City Adventure District, and Board Member of the American Red Cross of Oklahoma.
