Victoria Tran serves as Deputy Secretary in the Office of the Secretary of Energy & Environment (SOEE).  Victoria joined the staff in March 2021, as Senior Counsel, and she advises the Secretary on a wide variety of energy and environmental issues. Prior to joining SOEE, Victoria worked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington D.C. During her time at EPA, she served as Policy Advisor in the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance and Special Advisor in the Office of Executive Secretariat.

Victoria is from Edmond, Oklahoma. She graduated with distinction from the University of Oklahoma in 2014 with dual degrees in Political Science and International Area Studies. Victoria received her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2017.

Victoria serves on the Grow Board of OKC Beautiful, and a member of the Oklahoma City Junior League and the Oklahoma City Exchange Club.
